Rare, vintage, Egyptian inspired, Art Deco, bonbon dish signed Alvin, B 1501, circa 1930. Marked Sterling, ALVIN and numbered B1501, under the pattern name Gift Line. The Gift Line pattern is illustrated in Jewel Stern book “Modernism in American Silver”. Measures approximately 5.75 inches diameter and 1.2 inches deep. Weight approximately 72 grams. Condition consistent with age and use, excellent vintage condition. Please see all pictures for details as part of description. Non smoker home.
