Sunstone description; COLOR; is RED with just a hint of orange hues when viewing the stone through the pavilion (bottom). CUT is oval. Probably native cut, NOT cut by this seller. The facets meet fairly well. Girdle is polished. Stone was purchased by seller from a very reputable mineral & gem shop in Albuquerque year 2006. The owner of this shop assured me it was not treated, to the best of his knowledge, and I am passing that information along. He bought it in 2003 from someone at Tucson Mineral & Gem show that year.
